He has a post graduate diploma from the Royal Northern College of Music as well as a Masters in violin performance from the conservatoire of Santa Cecilia in Rome.

Marino has over ten years experience teaching the violin alongside an international performing career.
Many of his students have achieved distinctions in their ABRSM exams, won music scholarships to prestigious schools and even won places to study at top British conservatoires.
