Personal Description:
I am a professional flautist with sixteen years experience teaching woodwind and performing across the region.
I am more than happy to teach both online and face to face
Tutoring Experience:
I have taught from beginners right through to Diploma students including preparation for conservatorie auditions. My main instrument is the Flute however, I can teach and play up to advanced saxophone and clarinet.
I have also tutored performance skills towards a level on any instrument and voice.
Additionally, I offer grade 5 Theory tuition.
I have worked as a Peripatetic teacher for several years working both individually and with whole classes.
Tutoring Approach:
Each pupil is different and I like to make my lessons and courses individual. While I follow the ABRSM framework as a guideline I work alongside pupils and parents to find the most fun and appropriate course for each person.
