Personal Description:
I am a qualified music teacher with a lot of patience and enthusiasm for teaching.
Tutoring Experience:
I have work experience in school environment as well as giving private music lessons. If you want to learn to read the music and play musical instrument at your own pace in a friendly, supportive and professional environment, I provide one-to-one or group private music lessons for people of all ages and abilities.
Tutoring Approach:
I teach students by classical traditional methods to set solid foundations from the beginning and help you become independently capable of playing your instrument. During lessons you will learn and develop:
• correct posture,
• left and right hand technique,
• listening skills and phrasing,
• rhythmic playing,
• sight-reading and notation,
• music theory
• sound technique and musicianship.
Playing a music instrument is much more than just playing the notes. Learn to play musical instrument and you will be able to express yourself without words. Apart from learning the basic techniques and key musical concepts, my lessons will provide students with an opportunity to develop listening skills, phrasing and encourage musicianship at the highest level.
All lessons are tailored individually and based upon student‘s needs and objectives.

He has felt very relaxed and has enjoyed immensely these lessons with Maria. She explains to him teachings in a clear way in which he can understand and reproduce on the keyboard. It is a new area for him to explore, and is adapting to… with interest.
Thank you.
Paul Domokos.
Learning to play the cello is not easy(especially at my age) but Aiste Maria makes the lessons a positive experience so I come away feeling a sense of achievement.
She seems genuinely interested in my progress and keeps me encouraged at every step.
I highly recommend her to anyone (young or old) who would like to learn to play.
Aiste Maria is a warm, patient and enthusiastic teacher, helping me to learn the theory and practice of music. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to learn the piano.
