Personal Description:
A highly experienced and passionate musician and educator with nearly a decade of experience performing across the UK and Europe.
My music career to date has seen me perform across the UK and Europe with a variety of artists and ensembles. I have been involved in several exciting creative projects such as Fluid Puzzle, Voyager Sextet and Slumber Wonder, as well as undertaking extensive session work, performing and touring with artists such as Bella and Max Restaino.
I have supported artists as varied as Ari Hoenig, Tears for Fears, John Etheridge and Peter Andre and have been fortunate enough to perform alongside world-class musicians such as Tim Giles, Jamil Sheriff and Ed Jones.
I have extensive private teaching experience, having taught guitar, bass, ukulele and double bass to students aged 6-70 with a 100% exam pass rate. I have also worked as a cover tutor at Leeds Junior Conservatoire, delivering jazz ensemble, rock band and group music theory sessions to students of a variety of ages and abilities.

Tutoring Experience:
I have several years experience teaching students of all abilities and ages from 6 to 70 years old. I have a 100% exam pass rate and have also taught at Leeds Conservatoire's Saturday Music School.

My approach to music tuition focuses on nurturing a musician’s natural excitement for making music and combines it with the ability to be self-critical and evaluative of their ability.
Whether you're just wanting to learn your favourite songs for fun, preparing for an audition/recital or wanting to pursue graded music exams I will adapt my tuition to your musical aims and help you develop a fun, productive and efficient practice routine.
I offer online tuition in bass guitar, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, ukulele, music theory and composition/songwriting, as well as GCSE and A Level music support.
