STUFF ABOUT ME

As a professional vocalist, session singer and Artist, my career has been incredibly diverse. I'm currently touring with DJ Sammy (Heaven, Boys of Summer) as his live vocalist at his shows, and have performed on BBC1 Primetime TV for Spice Girl Geri Halliwell. Career highlights include Backing Vocals for Alexandra Burke and sharing stages with acts including Jess Glynne, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, All Saints, Fleur East, Madness, Boyzone, The Script, Brian May (Queen) & Kerry Ellis.
I’ve also headlined Arena shows for 90’s dance band TTF with support from the likes of SNAP!, Fragma and N – Trance, and opened an awards ceremony to 18,000 people at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas. (If you want to see the video, let me know!)
In 2019 I released my debut EP across all major digital and streaming platforms. (If you’re googling right now, search my Artist name: Lorena Dale).

STUFF YOU LEARN

As a vocal and performance coach I don’t just teach skills. I also incorporate mindset coaching and guidance in order to help you become a self-learner (after all, good teaching means that you won’t always need me there). Many of my students have found that not only have they gained confidence in singing, but also in their work place and personal life too.

Here’s a list of some of the things you can learn with me:

* Basic vocal anatomy education (so that you can learn how to protect your voice and understand how it works)
* Confidence building and stage performance skills
* Career mentoring for people starting out or with some existing experience who'd like to become professional vocalists.

Tutoring Approach:

Every lesson is tailored to suit your objectives, and developed around a core singing framework, making sure that all foundational skills are in place before moving on to more technical skills. The pace we move at depends on how quickly you progress (TIP: Practise helps! ;p) I use exercise tracks that you will be able to keep and practise with at home between lessons.

Singing is a wonderful way to express yourself and feel joy, but finding the right teacher who can support you and bring out the best in you is a very personal thing.

Very friendly and lovely, I especially felt that she was understanding of me as a beginner but also knew the techniques to help me with confidence. My financial situation changed so I unfortunately had to cut back on lessons but would go back in future if things change.
