Information About Joseph - Bradford on Avon teacher

Personal Description:

I am a Piano teacher and classical pianist based in the south west of England.
I have a Master's Degree in Music Performance from Bath Spa University and I specialise in classical music
I am an Associate of The Royal Schools of Music (After completing a recital diploma in 2020). I have a Grade 8 - Distinction in Piano (ABRSM) and Grade 5 Theory of Music (ABRSM).
I teach all ages from Beginner to diploma and concert level. I am a member of the Musicians Union and have an enhanced DBS certificate. I also provide piano accompaniment for graded exams/recitals.

Tutoring Experience:

I have been teaching since 2018. In that time I have gained a 100% pass record and entered dozens for their practical and theory exams. I have also conducted mock exams for local music services and accompanied students learning other instruments for their exams too.

I have a proven track record of providing informative teaching with a strong emphasis on technique and performance; Whilst maintaining a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere.
My lessons are tailored to you. Each student is different and I consider what works best for each of my students. I am always researching and rehearsing. I have worked with and been taught by some amazing teachers including alumni of L'ecole normal de musique de Paris. I teach all my lessons on a grand piano in my new studio.
