Information About Jonathan - Rotherham teacher

Personal Description:

I have been playing guitar since 1993 and have played in rock, metal, blues, soul, jazz and folk bands and have been teaching since 2005. It started as a way of making some extra cash but I found that I loved it so much that I went full time in 2007.

Tutoring Experience:

I have been a professional guitar tutor for over 10 years, including running my own music school in Leeds. I have experience of teaching both priva**Contact Detail Removed**ssons and groups and realise the value of both to people wanting to learn and develop. Having taught over 60 private and group students a week I have plenty of experience of knowing what works (and what doesn’t!) for my students.

Tutoring Approach:

When learning guitar it is important that you work towards doing what you want to be able to do. Whether you want to strum some songs with friends at a party, write and record your own music or even play in a band then we can develop a plan together that will get you there. The overall lesson plan will help you to play, practice, learn and understand all about music so that you can play the way you want to be able to do.
