Personal Description:
I am currently studying the DipABRSM for Piano, and am currently looking for new students to teach beginner lessons to. In addition, I passed my Grade 7 and Grade 8 Piano practical exams with merits, and have passed Grade 5 theory. I have been playing piano for over 16 years, and have experience in performing in competitions and special events. I also enjoy playing music from all different genres. I mainly play classical, but also enjoy playing jazz, and always like to jam to various different pop, rock, metal and modern orchestral songs.
Tutoring Experience:
I am currently looking for new students to teach beginner lessons to.
Tutoring Approach:
I would like to use the first part of the lesson teaching the student theory, as this lays the foundation for the practical side of piano performance, which would be the second part of the session. I would like to make lessons fun and engaging, and if students have any particular songs they would like to learn, I would be more than happy to teach them this too.
