Personal Description:
I have been practising, performing and touring on a variety of musical instruments in many projects for over the last 15 years. I worked in a professional studio and as a live sound engineer too. I have a huge passion for all things musical and love to share that love and my acquired knowledge with others!
Tutoring Experience:
I have taught small groups of secondary school age students to perform popular songs as a band for a company called 'School of Rock and Pop'. I have also taught a number of 1-1 lessons on a variety of instruments at varying levels.
Tutoring Approach:
The personal requirements and goals of the student are the most important thing to me. Then I apply my core belief: that you can make anything engaging, interesting and fun if you understand your student and the teaching materials. I then prioritise the most practical applications of what the student requires.
