Personal Description:
Hello! I am a piano, woodwind and music theory peripatetic teacher based in South Manchester. Pre-pandemic, I travelled all over Cheshire and South Manchester teaching in pupils' homes and have now moved onto online Zoom lessons to deliver tuition safely.
Tutoring Experience:
I've been teaching music, both as a peripatetic and in schools, for over 12 years. I graduated from the University of Salford in 2012 with a BA (Hons) in Music and have worked within a music role at local primary and grammar schools, both as a member of staff and through an external music services, as well as as a leader for local children's choirs.
Tutoring Approach:
I primarily teach children of all ages but welcome, and have vast experience of, adult learners too. I teach beginners and beyond and am happy to teach 'just for fun' or to guide your through your ABRSM exams. I'm friendly and patient and excited to help you along your musical journey virtually!
