Personal Description:
I am a friendly and encouraging piano and clarinet teacher based in Leighton Buzzard. I teach all ages and abilities. I have a MA in Music Performance from the University of Birmingham and I’m currently studying a diploma at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire.
Tutoring Experience:
I have taught the piano and clarinet for the last 5 years both privately and in schools.
Tutoring Approach:
I am friendly and encouraging. I find teaching very rewarding. I teach people who would simply like to play for fun and those who choose to go through graded exams.

ImogenFrom Sarah (5/5): Imogen is a lovely person and great teacher. I'm an adult beginner clarinet student and am really happy to be taught by Imogen. She's very encouraging, and has really accommodated my personal learning style, I'm a slow physical learner and sometimes need things explained a few times before I understand them. Imogen picked that up very quickly and is very patient and thoughtful. Fab teacher, would heartily recommend

From Ian (/5): We couldn't be happier with Imogen as our 13 year old daughters piano tutor, she is ideal and our daughter is loving the lessons and is motivated to practice and learn in her free time. Imogen has gauged Juliette's interest in different types of music really well and presented appropriate pieces to match this. We would recommend Imogen very highly.
From Grant (/5): Imogen has truly inspired Sandra to start learning to play the piano again. Although Sandra has only had an introductory session it has helped her unlock her lost memories of playing the piano years ago. Another lesson has been arranged which Sandra is looking forward. A first class tutor. Highly recommended .
