Personal Description:

Professional Horn player and tutor based in Fulham, West London.
Many years of experience as a performer having been a member of the Philharmonia Orchestra and appearing as Guest Principal Horn with the majority of UK orchestras.
Extensive commercial work including soundtracks to major films and television programmes.
External examiner at London Music colleges and former panel member for BBC Young Musician of the year.

Tutoring Experience:

Dozens of former private students, many of whom have progressed to studies at London colleges and subsequent professional appointments.
Has taught all ages from seven to mid sixties

Tutoring Approach:

Playing the The French Horn has been my profession and though the other brass instruments have similarities in playing requirements, for me it is important that students have specialised tuition at all stages.
Therefore I teach the French Horn only.
Lessons in Fulham, West London or at students homes/ rehearsal studios by arrangement. Also lessons arranged at your work place if suitable space available.

Rates - from £60 per hour for individual tuition.
