Information About Giuseppe - Maldon teacher

Personal Description:

I am a classically trained teacher and musician and have been teaching the guitar at all levels for over 25 years. I have a degree in music and also studied the classical guitar with Oliver Hunt, Prof of Music at the London College of Music and harmony with Dr Antony Milner, Lecturer at the Royal College of Music. I also studied on various courses in Italy. I am also interested in composition and compose my own music for the classical guitar and, also, electronic music.

Tutoring Experience:

I have broad experience of working with students of all ages, both face-to-face and online and have been a guitar tutor with Essex Music Services for over 20 years. I have a PGCE in Music teaching and am experienced in teaching the guitar to students from beginners to Grade 8 and Advanced Diploma, London College of Music. My students regularly achieve outstanding results.

Tutoring Approach:

I have a very flexible approach when teaching and believe in finding out what the student wants and can do and taking it from there. If students choose to study for exams, my approach is quite rigorous and I ensure that students always achiever the results they are capable of. I believe that it is also important that students enjoy their lessons and finds pleasure in getting to know their instrument.
