Personal Description:
I have been a full time professional musician and a music tutor for over 27 years.
I had the opportunity to tour and record with various bands in UK and Europe.
Some of the venues that I played in London are the Royal Festival Hall, The National Theatre, The Hammersmith Apollo, The Hippodrome, The Forum and too many other to mention.
I played concerts with Eric Bell(Thin Lizzy), members of Galliano , band members of PIL and The Damned and I supported many Famous Artists to name a few Alexander O Neal,The James Taylor Quartet, Walter Trout, Bad Manners, Chas and Dave, Gong, Hawkwind, The Blokheads, The Levellers, Lamb, The Pogues ,The King Blues, Dreadzone .
While I was performing regularly in festivals, venues and clubs I spent a lot of time studying teaching programs from the Musicians Institute of LA , Berklee College of Music, Jamey Aebersold ,Mel Bay and many others.
Ten years ago I decided to undertake The Certificate on music Studies at Goldsmith University and passed successfully.
I have a purpose built Practice Room/Recording Studio where I hold my lessons but I also travel to students within 2 miles from my location.
I have facilities to record and monitor your musical achievements.
Occasionally I can offer lessons outside the 2 miles boundaries if they are 2 hours lessons or group lessons.

I have been Music Facilitator/Coordinator /Teacher at Raw Material- music and media, Schiller International University,Christian Church of God,WAC Performing Arts and Media College .
I have been teaching privately for well over 20 years

My teaching program is a blend of the best teaching material out there for contemporary music combined with my personal experience in the real world of music.
My approach is CREATIVE and it will help you to develop your musical qualities that you have within yourself.
As a Tutor I can help you to prepare for the preliminary and graded examinations on Bass Guitar, Classical Guitar,Electric Guitar,Acoustic Guitar, Piano , Keyboards.
I follow the Trinity College, ABRSM (Associated Board of the Royal School of Music), Rock School and Thames Valley University Syllabus which is part of LCM (London College of Music) .
The ABRSM, Trinity College, Rock School, LCM examinations count onto the NQF(National Qualifications Framework) which means that candidates applying to UK universities through the UCAS system can increase their points tariff if they have been awarded a Pass or higher at Grades 6-8 in accredited subjects.
If you only want to learn specific topics or just learn some songs feel free to contact me too - I try to make learning fun and my lessons encouraging as much as possible.
I believe I am a patient and enthusiastic Tutor and my best advice for anyone who is beginning to play an instrument is to practice regularly and particularly focus on repetition .
I believe anybody can achieve results if they are willing to put enough effort into it.

He runs his lesson’s in his recording studio at the bottom of the garden. It’s really nice to be able to turn up the volume and not feel like you’re annoying someone I’m the room next door. I also love all the Bass guitar’s hanging off the walls.
Fab, prepares lesson plans for you including sheet music, notes and personalised backing tracks.
He’s a really patient and encouraging. He knows when to push you and when you need to leave something for a bit and come back to it. He’s a brilliant teacher - i’d recommend him for anyone looking for lessons.
