Evie is a an enthusiastic Vocal Coach having studied Modern Vocal Training under world renowned coaches. She holds a First Class Honours Degree in Creative Musicianship - Vocals from The British and Irish Modern Music Institute and also studied Musical Theatre for one year at the prestigious Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts.

Evie has over 10 years experience as a professional vocalist. She developed her love for music through musical theatre. To date she has been a touring backing vocalist for Nick Wilson, performs in the function vocal duo 'Saint Eve' and fronts her own indie electronic band 'Paint Factory' as well as her own solo music.

Whether you are a beginner looking to learn the basics or an established performer looking to improve your vocal technique and style, Evie can meet your needs.

Tutoring Experience:

Evie has 10 years of teaching experience as a dance teacher, musical theatre teacher and vocal coach. She has been coaching 1 to 1 for just shy of a year and prior to that coached groups of singers in various theatre schools. She also was a performing arts counsellor for Camp Farwell in Vermont, USA, where she directed musicals and organised a glee club for the campers.

Tutoring Approach:

Evie has experience coaching 121 or within group settings. Through a variety of exercises and techniques, she works to not only strengthen a students' vocal ability safely but also to encourage them creatively with their voice and help them establish their own individual sound. She believes strongly that singing should be an enjoyable experience and provides a safe and relaxing environment for the student to experiment, learn and have fun.
