Personal Description:
I am a freelance oboist based in London. I am a member of the Gelachter Wind Trio who have been featured in BBC Music magazine and Classic FM.
Tutoring Experience:
Currently teach oboe and recorder at Tower House Preparatory School for boys and Newland House School.
I have previously given master classes at Leeds College of Music and taught oboe at Wetherby Prep School and Taunton School.
Tutoring Approach:
Learning to play an instrument is a magical experience whatever your age. I aim to make lessons fun yet having a firm grounding in note reading, no**Contact Detail Removed**ngths, technique and other rudiments of music. Studying and working abroad in Russia has opened my eyes to alternative styles of learning music and this also is incorporated into my teaching methods.
