Personal Description:
Qualified, experienced professional with a good sense of humour. Passionate about all types of music and flexible in my approach to teaching and learning all ages and abilities.
Tutoring Experience:
I started teaching musical instruments for inner London Education and later qulified to becpme a classroom music teacher. My own music teaching business beagn in 1989 and I still work privately as DfS Music. From my first school, Parrs Wood High, Didsbury, Manchester I progressed to become a Head of Music in numeropus establishments including The International schools of Warsaw, Poland, ACAT, Turin, Italy and Kuwait English School. I currently teach as a freelance practitioner in the Midlands. I also run Ukulele groups in the community.
Tutoring Approach:
Totally committed and professional I believe that every individual has the potential to achieve whatever he or she aspires to as a musician. I can design individual lesson plans and programmes to suit the needs of every type of student from beginner to advanced and whether for certification or pleasure-indeed learning to play at all levels is a pleasure.
