Personal Description:
I'm a Graduate of Nottingham Trent University with a BA Honours Degree in Sonic Arts. I also work as a performing musician with over 20 years of experience, playing in various bands (ranging from Rock, Folk, Indie to Reggae/Ska & Jazz, Reggae Ska and Funk).
My practical experience as a performer and teacher also comes with a technical knowledge that is accrued through knowing how to set up and use the equipment required to deliver a good quality sound for live performance, as well as band leading skills and good business acumen.

My approach varies either from using proven field tested books and resources to teach technical playing, sight reading and theory, to a more casual approach if desired.
My lessons are delivered in a relaxed tone, teaching the student from their home but a certain level of commitment and discipline from go a long way for a student wanting to reach their musical goals.
