Personal Description:
I have been enthusiastic about all forms of music my entire life, whether it be playing, listening or discussing, with particular emphasis on musical styles from the last hundred years.
Tutoring Experience:
I have taught pupils of all ages part time since I was at school.
I currently teach music technology to 8 to 11 year olds at various schools around Surrey.
From the music technology side I have recorded and produced many audio recordings for myself and others, and have extensive experience of engineering live sound in a variety of venues including the Covent Garden Opera House.
Tutoring Approach:
From an instrument perspective I always aim to make the lessons fun and relaxed. My aim is to maintain my pupil's enthusiasm for music making! I am happy teaching any age range.
I have been a keen user of Cubase for 15 years and can teach basic through to advanced music production techniques either as short courses or more long standing arrangements.
I can potentially travel to pupils or teach at my home.

I am very happy learning from Chris.
