Personal Description:
I have played guitar for 17 years, playing in Rock bands for 14 of those years. I started playing at quite a young age so fortunately I have gained a lot of experience in teaching and gigging over the years. I have studied a BA Hons in Music (Previously to this a Foundation Degree in music performance).
I found my love for music at a young age and have been writing and performing in bands since.
Through previous experience teaching guitar, I found a passion for helping others learn new skills and progress as a musician.

I currently teach private guitar, bass and ukulele lessons across the North East, via my office in Gateshead, students homes and various schools, offering personalised and exciting lessons aimed to improve any style and level of player and help them get to where they want to be.
Tutoring Approach:
I aim to create a relaxed and fun environment, motivating all students to perform to the best of their ability at all times. Whether you would like to learn a song by your favourite band, all of the basics, music theory or even improve upon existing skills and techniques I can help with it all and make sure that you remain motivated to play guitar in the process.
