Personal Description:

Based in East Sussex, I am flexible, diligent and passionate about music and its power to enrich and transform lives. To that end, I am committed to helping others access the opportunities and transferable skills that music opens up, whatever their circumstances. I grew up with parents who had to count every penny when they did the weekly shop. It was a struggle for them to afford my guitar lessons, but because they did, I have travelled and participated in amazing cultural experiences which otherwise might have been unreachable.

Tutoring Experience:

As a guitar tutor, I have many years of performance experience to draw on and have been teaching 1:1 for ten years.

Tutoring Approach:

Whilst classically trained, I can tailor lessons to demand across genres incorporating grade exams if required. I believe in maintaining a person-centred approach and have experience of working with awareness in regard to safeguarding and neuro-diversity.
