Personal Description:

I have a very special music legacy which I am happy and proud to share - my teacher’s line can be traced all the way back to Beethoven! I keep my skills sharp by practising the piano myself (there is always room for improvement in art!), which also serves me as a source of inspiration. Getting to know more music material also allows me to increase my competence. Overall I spent 17 years learning everything I’ve learnt since the age of 7, which did not only include piano classes, but theory and history of music and a myriad of other music-related disciplines, even methodology and basic psychology! But, as you can probably imagine, even though the educational system I went through was quite tough, I believe that there should always be a room for a joke, and more relaxed environment helps to make the process more efficient and enjoyable at the same time, and I enjoy it more this way as well. I’ve had plenty of experience in teaching classical piano to children and adults of all levels and backgrounds. The classes would take place at my home, where I have a lovely (and rather old, but well-maintained) baby grand piano in my front room!
