Tutoring Approach:
Very flexible in approach - tailored to suit the student; can allow the student to dictate the direction of lessons if that is appropriate; student receives help online; student strongly encouraged to maintain a good folder with all notes etc; sometimes books are purchased on behalf of the student. Improvisation is strongly encouraged between student and teacher or with backing tracks; unless of course it is classical where sight reading is more important.
