Personal Description:

I was born in St. Petersburg, where I obtained my education. At the age of 6 - Special Music School. then Music College and Russian State Pedagogic University named after A.I. Hertzen. From the age of 11, I started to actively travel all around the World with children “concert choir” (UK, USA, France, Germany, Poland, Czechoslovakia, and Holland) with a classical program. We performed 19 century Russian Orthodox, Russian Soviet and foreign music from medieval to contemporary, and played to large audiences in all kind of churches, cathedrals and concert stages. There I got my first experience of working with TV and record companies. I was then invited to “State Choir TV and Radio Channel-5” (the main channel in Saint-Petersburg) as a soloist and continued with trips across Russia and abroad, working with TV and record companies. I consider my final and the main achievement to date in Russia as directing choir in St.Nicolas Church where I was restoring old (from 19century) library, establishing new young choir, raising quality of church singing and extending repertoire.
Apart from my professional work with choirs I professionally play piano and I have 15 years of tutoring. My desire is to create and all my life I am fond of writing my own songs, piano and choir compositions.

Highly qualified singing and piano teacher from Saint-Petersburg University (Russia). Master
degree in Musical Education. Have got 23 years of experience in singing on stages all over the World, 5 years of working with choir as a director and 15 years of tutoring. 20 years of accompanying for choirs, singers, instrumentalists. Composing for piano and singers for 25 years.

Tutoring Approach:

Preparing for exams, theatrical auditions, diplomas, national competitions. Consider lessons only as a serious training. Classical(Baroq… Class… Rom… Sacred) songs and hymns, opera, romances, musicals, jazz, contemporary pop music. Provide professional accompaniment during singing lessons and exams. Sight-singing by solfeggio system. Organizing seasonal concerts for Junior and Senior groups of students. Prepare students for theory and aurals.

Apart from classical professional education, my strong side is planning. I have got an extraordinary ability to execute and process my work plans.
I guide my students to their aims without haste, making sure they are fully prepared. Every lesson is enjoyable, in a friendly atmosphere. I know when it is time to relax and when to focus my student on complicated details and to consolidate achievements.
During my last 6 years spent in England I have already tutored a number of students who have been satisfied with a level of teaching and advice that I have provided.
