Personal Description:
Hi! I’m an enthusiastic music teacher based in Fife. I graduated from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland in 2020 with a 2:1 honours degree in Music. Throughout my four years of study, I was tutored on both piano accordion and piano to a very high standard as well as studying composition, theory and other musical styles/arranging and am now looking to pass on this knowledge to my students. I have extensive performance experience as I lead my own band in which we have travelled the country playing at different venues and functions such as Celtic Connections in Glasgow, internationally in Brussels and many more. I’ve competed since a very young age and have won Scottish and National championships as well as Masters Championships. I am very passionate about music and teaching and have a real drive to get the very best out of all my students. I support, nurture and provide them with the best experience I can in order for them to reach their full potential. I also have full PVG disclosure so can work with a range of students.
Tutoring Experience:
I’ve been teaching for a few years now and all of my students are enthusiastic in their learning and have made excellent progress. My pupils are encouraged to perform when given the opportunity as this helps to build their confidence and showcase their talents. I have a broad range of knowledge on different music styles and look to develop this across all my students so they are versatile and experienced.
Tutoring Approach:
I always provide a positive learning environment for my students. This is really important as it allows me to get the most out of my students and let their ability shine. My students are always encouraged to decide on the pieces they wish to play and are never forced into performing or playing a piece they don’t want to. Choice is very important as it allows the student to find their musical interests and develop this to their fullest potential.

Learnt more in 1lesson than in weeks with another teacher
My son really enjoys his lessons and Adin has found the perfect pieces of music to motivate him.
His feedback and coaching are very well delivered and even after the first lesson my wife’s confidence and ability had noticeably progressed.
Highly recommend!!
Thanks very much for your kind words!! Pippa is doing brilliant and looking forward to continuing!!

Adin
