Personal Description:
I am a graduate of the University of Surrey where I achieved a degree in Music, specialising in classical piano performance.
My passion for the piano is demonstrated in my vast experience in solo performance, work as an accompanist and success in many national level competitions. Alongside my classical training I also have a keen interest in Jazz, playing with various bands.
I enjoy sharing my zeal for the piano with others through teaching, as I hope to pass on some of the joy that I have experienced through mastering the instrument.
Tutoring Experience:
I have taught a diverse range of individuals with ages ranging from eight to forty. I am able to teach at any level, whether it be advancement for experienced players or your very first lesson.
Tutoring Approach:
I am passionate about student led teaching and firmly believe that I can provide a structured approach for any direction the student would like to take their playing; whether it involves playing for fun or working towards the next ABRSM grade. I endeavour to make my lessons as enjoyable and interesting as possible for students, progressing at a rate tailored to each individual students requirements.

I aaked my son what he thought and he said this -
Everytime i make a mistake he lets me finish the tune unless its a major mistake but gives feedback and replay it to get it right, i like how he gives you compliments when you suceed which inspires you to do better.
