Personal Description:

I have achieved all clarinet grades and music theory, as well as previously playing in a range of ensembles and orchestras. I gained 3 A*s at A level and an A* in the extended project qualification. I have been playing the clarinet since 2009 and enjoy the performing aspect of music, allowing me to broaden my musical knowledge and understanding in relation to the clarinet.

Tutoring Experience:

I have got clarinet tutoring experience and have a 100% pass rate. I have also taken part in teaching within a paired reading and spelling programme.

Tutoring Approach:

We will focus on a range of musical pieces before embarking on the content for graded examinations, enabling the student to understand the notes, no**Contact Detail Removed**ngths, and finger positions required for grades 1, 2, 3, and 4. A listening and then playing approach to the music will be used to allow the student to gain familiarity with each piece of music, which is essential to pass the graded examinations. The prices for grades 1 and 2 are £11 for half an hour or £20 for an hour. The prices for grades 3 and 4 are £12 for half an hour or £24 for an hour.
