Have been really pleased with Miguel since he started teaching my daughter recently - he comes to lessons with lots of learning resources and is very responsive to her needs, providing specific support for all the different parts of the GCSE. Hopefully the tutoring will help her get as good a grade as possible in the exams. Update: Miguel didn't disappoint - with his teaching and support, my daughter managed to get an A, a jump of 3 grades from her mocks' results (as well as exceeding her school teacher's most optimistic expectation). I would not hesitate to recommend Miguel to others who are looking for one to one support for their teens learning the language.

She is extremely well organized, providing a large amount of course material including printed homework, music and games to aid learning (for all ages), and many innovative approaches to assisting the learning process. She is a very relaxed and amiable person, but never abandons the pace of the course so that progress is maintained. She is extremely attentive in class to those who may not be following, and so ensures that each person receives the requisite attention according to his or her needs. Above all, her standard of Hebrew is high, so that you will learn modern Hebrew which is correct, but not out-of-date, so that the result is both grammatically sound, as well as being practical today. I have been lucky with my teachers in life, having been privileged to attend a series of first class institutions, and Uma ranks very near the top of all of these.
