I was given three lessons with Vanessa as a gift from my daughters. I really enjoyed the sessions, I feel we covered quite a lot, and what I appreciated was that Vanessa quickly grasped that, although I was a complete beginner, she didn't have to proceed from first principles with the grammar, as I could grasp that quickly from knowing French, and so we didn't waste time on things I already understood, but instead could concentrate on pronounciation (fiendish!) and vocabulary. This kind of tailored approach is what makes one to one teaching so valuable I think, especially with a good teacher which Vanessa certainly is. Muito obrigada Vanessa.

Although I already knew some Korean, he was patient enough to start from the beginning and give me a historical background of the language and move onto the grammar in a professional way. The lessons are very informative and detailed, so always make notes. If you’re truly interested in a language and committed to it, I recommend you Kenny!

Tatiana knows the Russian language like the back of her hand. Also, she has the added advantages that she speaks English like an educated native speaker would and she is available on weekends as well. My last tutor, whom I also nabbed from this site, was excellent too but she became hospitalised (nothing to do with me I might add) and could no longer offer me two sessions a week so I had to look elsewhere. Tatiana has steppped in nicely and I am back to two sessions a week and back in the fast lane, where I want to be.I can highly recommed Tatiana-she's a real, professional lnguist.

Fatma is an excellent teacher and a lovely person. She explains things really well and I really enjoy our lessons via Skype. I really like the lessons because we focus on improving my writing, reading and speaking skills. I also really enjoy the homework exercises as they help me to continue my learning between lessons. She sends me Turkish films with Turkish subtitles, and Turkish songs, which I find really helpful for improving my vocabulary. Also, Fatma is patient, reliable and kind. I would strongly recommend lessons with Fatma to anyone who wishes to learn Turkish.
