She was an excellent teacher it just wasn’t what I was looking for and I should have made that more clear - I was looking for conversational lessons, really light basics, nothing serious just to surprise my partner who is Russian but in the first lesson I was trying to read the alphabet and sentence structure- which is brilliant if you wanted to learn it properly but I just wanted to learn for fun and we were mismatched i think

She is a thorough teacher who takes times to make sure all topics of the lesson are well understood. She uses textbooks of varying difficulty to aid the lessons, following a methodical lesson structure to build up knowledge. I would highly recommend her for someone of any skill level
