Personal Description:

I have been in the UK for 20 years and have been teaching Italian since 2002 . I studied languages at university in Italy, and I have a BA in English & French obtained in the UK in 1999, an MA in English/Italian Translation in 2001, and I have attended a course to teach a foreign language to adults in 2001.

Teaching Experience:

I have been teaching Italian since 2002 in Adult Education colleges, in companies and for private students in Surrey, Berkshire and Sussex. At the moment I only have private students.

Teaching Approach:

I normally do one-to-one lessons as this is the best way for someone to learn, although I will consider groups. Everybody learns at different speed, so lessons are tailored according to each student's pace and needs. In my lessons I cover grammar, reading, writing, listening and of course conversation.
Lessons are held at a student's home or office.
Fees start from £30, depending on distance.
Photocopies and handouts are supplied, however a text book will be needed.

She is encouraging writing, reading, speaking and listening too.

The lessons are well prepared, with both explanatory handouts and exercises.
