Personal Description:

I grew up using two different languages, French being one of them, both at home and in schools. I studied comprehensively French for more than two decades to provide my tutees support with aplomb.
It is fun and culturally enriching to learn more than one language. Moreover, it has been scientifically proven that it lowers the risk of getting dementia (Klimova, Blanka et al. “Bilingualism as a strategy to delay the onset of Alzheimer's disease.” Clinical interventions in aging. 2017, 12, 1731-1737).

Teaching Experience:

• Volunteered to teach a class of children in Primary Schools
• Taught evening classes for adults (French for Beginners and conversation courses) at local colleges.
• Run 10 weeks course for adults (French for Beginners) at my local library.
• Private tutoring running up to date (Adults and children).
• Received positive feedback from all my tutees.

Teaching Approach:

More transparent you are about your motivations and goals of why you like to learn French, easier my pedagogy in tutoring will be and a tailored working programme will be set up.
Depending on your learning style, an adequate approach for tutoring will be implemented; this could be social/game based or project/self-management skills based, or critical thinking based… etc.
I am here to listen to you and guide you towards an enjoyable learning of this beautiful language or towards completing your project for your specialised studies in French.
