Personal Description:
My students and colleagues say I am a warm, approachable, enthusiastic, committed and very reliable teacher with great sense of humor, willing to go an extra mile to support every one around me. Definitely with a caring nature, professional attitude and flexibility.
Teaching Experience:
Working in Education for fifteen years, I support students with English and Portuguese GCSE exams, A-Level as well having a background in SEN.
My previous SEN experience in secondary schools has led me to use my creativity and holistic approaches in order to help students who have other learning needs.
Boundaries, structure and extra time are crucial for SEN students to be able to learn.
Teaching Approach:
Differentiation, varied resources, visual strategies, offering techniques to improve study skills and a person centered approach.
