Personal Description:

I am passionate about teaching and learning languages. I lived and worked in the UK for over 16 years. I have two trilingual children to educate, and I have an insightful experience of developing linguistic skills from 0 years old. I believe that my professional knowledge and experience would help students to develop their best skills for future purposes.

Teaching Experience:

Qualified Japanese Teacher at all levels
I’m a qualified Japanese teacher, with over 20 years of Japanese teaching experience in the UK and JP. I have taught for recognised companies such as HSBC, Citibank, Nomura, Sony Interactive Entertaiment Europe, Paul Smith, and civil servants at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and HM Treasury. I have also taught at a grammar school in West Yorkshire and adult education in London.

Teaching Approach:

I can offer tailor-made Japanese lessons for individual needs at all levels. I assess a student with four skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) to know the level better to design a course and ask for a purpose, and achievement to learn Japanese, and I design the course with a requested timeline so the student would know the progress better. Additionally, I have experience working for an e-commerce company in Japan as a translator so I can also support any translation documents as needed.
