Information About Lavinia - Aylesbury teacher

Personal Description:

My name is Lavinia and I am from Romania but I currently live in United Kingdom.
I have a Bsc in Science and a teaching certificate after I graduated in Romania in 2008.
I have worked in customer service jobs for 6 months in United States in 2006 and 2007.
I moved in United Kingdom in 2009 and since then I am working in healthcare which helped me to develop patience and people skills as communication skills and the ability to adapt to the client's needs.

Teaching Experience:

My first experience in teaching was the first year of practice for my teaching certificate in Romania, teaching biology in a romanian college.
Currently, I offer free bible courses since 2014 in romanian and english as a voluntary work.

Teaching Approach:

My approach is gradual, starting with basic knowledge, building in a fondation which can be used to explain more elaborate things in later stages.
I also find the use of ilustrations and well thought out questions that lead the student to the answers, as being a fundamental part in teaching.
Putting things in practice is also an important part in the learning process for the students.
