I am a happy, chatty person
Teaching Experience:
I have been teaching BSL for 20 years to hearing adults .
I obtained my TEFL qualification in 2018 and have recently started teaching English as a foreign language
Teaching Approach:
My teaching style is relaxed, informal and non stressful. I want my learners to enjoy learning their chosen subject.

I had some joint problems and could not start as early as I wanted.
She was very patient with me.
We started our lessons and I am very happy.

From Clare (/5): Helen has been nothing but brilliant. I feel like I have learned loads in a quick amount as she’s always helpful, supportive and adapts to my needs. She is patient, kind and efficient. Beyond being a great teacher, she makes you feel at ease in class, which really facilitates the learning. All I can say is that I recommend Helen whole-heartedly.
Reply from: Helen: Clare is a fantastic learner. She has picked up BSL very quickly and is more than capable of holding a basic conversation on a variety of topics. She is always eager when she comes to lessons and does homework/revision on time.
