Personal Description:

I studied Spanish for ten years at school and University. I spent a year living in Spain and enjoy regular trips to visit friends. I love the language and Spanish people and wish to share this with others. I am very lucky that my hobby of teaching Spanish has now turned into a business.

Teaching Experience:

I have been teaching Spanish for the past five years. I enjoy teaching people of all ages and levels. The youngest I teach is 4 and the oldest is over 60. Some people are beginners, others are more advanced. I am keen for everyone to progress whatever level they are at. I teach people who go on holiday to Spain regularly or who hope to move there eventually. I help many GCSE and A' Level students sail through their exams with confidence.
I enjoy teaching children from 4 years old and am amazed at how quickly they pick up Spanish. I make the lessons as fun as possible through games, music, flashcards, stories and art.

Teaching Approach:

I tailor make my lessons to suit each person. You tell me exactly what you want to learn, how best you learn and by when you want to learn it by. I will structure the lessons to achieve your goals. Ultimately, you set the pace and we don't move on until you are happy to do so.
I am always trying to find new ways of making learning Spanish as effective and enjoyable as possible.
I can provide useful phrases and vocabulary on CD or mp3 for listening to at your leisure.
