Information About Eri - Rugby teacher

Personal Description:

I am a native Japanese speaker living in the UK for about twenty years.
I am a friendly, enthusiastic and cheerful teacher. I teach beginners to intermediate and also casual learners.
I have a dog named Boo. She always makes me happy and laughs. I have many hobbies which include sewing for my daughter’s ballet costume and dog’s jumper etc.
And I baked a lot of cupcakes for sale at the town market. And I baked sourdough bread. Also I am keen on health and fitness training.
I do it a few times a week. and I like to do kickboxing as well.

Teaching Experience:

I have been teaching Japanese to adult students using the slides, textbook “GENKI” and videos for a few years.
I have a certificate “The 420 hours Advanced Japanese Teacher Training Course “ which was conducted by The World Japanese Language Centre.

Teaching Approach:

I teach beginners to lower intermediate and also casual learners. For beginners and lower intermediate learners, we will study basic grammar using a textbook GENKI and slides. Then we will practice conversation little by little at your own pace.
The main focus of my lesson is conversation practice according to the student's goals. For example, if you want to learn Japanese for travel I will create a learning plan including the vocabulary necessary for a variety of travel situations according to your needs. If you want to read the Manga, I will teach you Manga frame by frame (koma) at your own pace. I will use slides and YouTube to do this. Also teaching Japanese through watching Japanese dramas. Also I can teach you how to cook Japanese meals while learning Japanese at the same time at your house. If you want to begin learning or improving your Japanese language or have struggled to study Japanese by yourself, please try me. I will try my best to help you to achieve your goals.
