Information About Mihai-Brian - Maryland teacher

Personal Description:

I am a SOAS, University of London MA graduate, who has a BA and an MA in the field of languagues and cultures. I specialise in Arabic and German, both of which I have extensively studied at the University, alongside Spanish, which I've spoken with native speakers on a daily basis since I was a child.

In addition to that, I speak Romanian at native level, which I used to teach to refugees and asylum seekers as a voluteer for a social intergation NGO in Bucharest, Romania.

Teaching Experience:

I taught Romanian to asylum seekers and refugees as part of a social integration programme innitiated by a Romanian NGO.

In addition, I have held private tutoring session in German, Spanish and English for individuals with different language levels and different needs.

Teaching Approach:

My teaching methods are very much receptive to my students' needs, and are designed to fit both their personalities and learning capacities.

Moreover, as each and every student has a different reason for which they decide to learn a foreign language (i.e. employment, university admittance, foreign spouse(s) etc.), I use different interactive and creative techniques meant to fit their field of interests.
