Personal Description:

¡Hola amigos!. My name is Africa, I am experienced native Spanish teacher with more than 7 years of teaching experience in Spain and in the UK.

I feel PASIÓN (passion, :-) for my mother tongue, I really enjoy teaching it so that good vibes flow and they return to me from my amazing students!

Personal life… I would say that I love being outdoors, I like hiking, travelling, cooking and I devour art and books. I hope to see you soon! Hasta pronto!!

Teaching Experience:

My professional background has been always Teaching. I have two degrees in Teaching from my country of origin and I hold my English QTS. I am also a Spanish Sign Language Interpreter and I incorporated this knowledge to my teaching style.

I have been working in schools teaching Spanish as a foreign language for 5 years in Spain and more than 2 years in London.

I am also available to revise and correct any kind of writing works in Spanish.

Teaching Approach:

I teach Spanish in a very natural way with the use of my students´interests like travelling, cooking, songs, literature, culture and Arts not matter what their levels of Spanish are. Also I have a lot of material to work grammar, vocabulary, listening and writing.

Also for begginers I give out an extra aid: The use of Visual, verbal and tactile communication. That means to learn Spanish through signs and pictograms plus verbal interaction.

The more number of information channels implied, the more significative the communication is!!
