Personal Description:
I currently teach in a university and have over 15 yrs of experience in training and teaching along with hands-on industry experience in diverse areas of IT. I hold several qualifications including doctoral degree /PhD (for submit) in digital tech, MSc in ICT, BEd in Phsysics/Maths, and PGD in Computer Science. My specialism areas are diverse areas of Digital Technologies, Computer Science and STEM.
I have a concrete background in designing, delivering and evaluating state of the art IT related training for individuals and corporates. I cover diverse areas of IT ranging from writing codes in different programming languages to the use of specialist applications for a given business context to the design and implementation of robust and secured IT systems.I am determined to offer a professional training and mentorship to learners through adaptive learning. It doesn't matter who they are and what their learning pace is. I explore and utilise your strong aspects to take you on-board to achieve your goals. My services is embedded in a strong professionalism, discipline, ethics and responsibility.
My face-to-face and online training/teaching experience enabled me to understand and proactively tailor the needs of diverse learners with varied capabilities and varied cultural and linguistic backgrounds. These include adopting diverse teaching methods and tools including diverse open-source technologies and platforms such as digital tools, designing, and developing tailored content, and tracking and acting on learners' progresses towards defined goals. These approaches have enabled dozens of learners to achieve their goals and career path including business efficiency, students completing their degrees with high merits and distinctions, the securing of places in prestigious universities, passing national exams with outstanding results, and securing jobs.
