Personal Description:

Technical Architect in the software industry with over 20 years experience around software development, testing, project management, architecture, design and delivery of small, medium and large solutions to various clients including within private and public sector. Working on live projects for varius mltinational clients across UK currently but also do trainings in spare time every now and then as part of my personal commitment to share the knowledge gained from industry to spruce up fresh talent and in a way give back to the industry which has given me so much.

Training Experience:

Already an established trainer on multiple training platforms ex Knowledge ACademy etc on several Microsoft stack based technologies including Modrn Work, SharePoint, Teams, Office 365, Power Platform, Azure, C#, ASP.Net and many other topics. Have worked for Microsoft for over 10 years in past.

Training Approach:

For me training usually involves 3 steps - step 1 - identify the trainee group, their exposure and skills and background, step 2 - cater the content and delivery to the subject audience and step 3 - keep flexibility to fine tune/adjust training delivery style based on live feedback. Also, my trainings almost always include some form of practical labs/tests etc. Goal is to ensure trainees can derive the maximum out of the time they spend and can go out with confidence gained out of the theoretical as well as the practical knowledge obtained.
