Personal Description:

I am an IT professional who came from an operations background working for HSBC for 20 years. I left HSBC in 1997 and worked for Asset Management Companies as a Buisness Analyst and Senior Test Analyst until 2004. After this I formed my own company and became a freelance IT consultant specialising in System Testing and undertook contracts with JP Morgan, M&G Investments and a few others. In 2010 I renamed my company to Billericay I.T. Solutions and recently opened a further company under the name of Cloudview Technology to promote the us of 'Cloud' solutions to business and commerce.

Training Experience:

I have undertaken training on both a group and 1 to 1 basis for several clients and specialised in Microsoft Excel and other office applications. I have also undertaken training helping clients towards European Driving Licence certification.

Training Approach:

My approach is to offer a client the best possible training available taking into consideration a client's existing knowledge and their own personal/business training targets. There is no doubt that individuals benefit from different training styles, however the approach of the trainer is significant in pushing individuals towards their targets. Some individuals like to go at a faster pace while others like a more repetitive and slower approach and I would always take this into account. All my candidates have benefited from my training and have become more experienced computer users as well as increasing their knowledge of the individual application they are being trained on.
