Hi, I am a very friendly, technically qualified person,with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a Masters in Business Management, with a wealth of experience in both industry and academia.
I am a very easy going, communicative, no-hassle kind of a person, really interested in helping you get that job done, which you'll be paying for. So won't waste your or my time, will always be accessible and give you the best of my experience. I must say, in the past most people who came into contact with me professionally like this-as IT trainees or clients-ended up becoming friends and staying in touch! That should tell you all.
Training Experience:
I am an IT Trainer and a Business management professional, having worked, with a nation-wide IT Training company, which is the largest Microsoft Gold partner in Europe. Being in a full time, high pressure role like this leaves little time for my own self, so I have taken a sabbatical from full time work, with the intention of starting freelance for now. I have about 14 years IT experience in all plus a Masters degree in Management(MBA) (with a Distinction… infact all my degrees are with Distinction!). I train from CompTIA A+ to MIcrosoft MCDST to Systems Analysis/Software Engineering, DBMS, Programming Languages, Computer Graphics and much more. Obviously basic PC hardware, networking, MS Office applications, internet, email or Operating Systems like Windows10,11,Linux, Unix etc. is no problem at all.
Training Approach:
My approach to your training will be to -
1. Understand you as a person
2. Understand your training need
3. Understand what you have to complete in how much time
4. Adopt the best possible strategy and devise a workable plan to get you there
5. Maintain good communication with you andmake sure any issue which is affecting your progress, is taken care of.

NazFrom Katarzyna (5/5): Naz started tutoring my daughter in the beginning of year 11. And since then she showed better understanding in Science,feeling much more confident about her GCSEs exams. Naz explains the topics well and makes sure my daughter understands everything before moving on to the next topic. Naz also gives her a bit of homework from her workbook to finish later at home, so she fully understands the lessons.

I have had her as a tutor for approx. 2 months (once a week) and she has helped me dramatically improve my exam technique for when answering, higher mark questions. She explains methods very well and does not mind re-explaining if needed to ensure I 100% understand the content of my A Level Business specification, before moving on. She is very polite, very knowledgeable and methodical when teaching and her feedback of written work is heavily detailed and focus on improving my weakest areas. I would highly recommend NAZ!!

From Nicholas (/5): I was one of those who dreaded maths in school and said never again. Well more than 10 years on from then I decided to study the HNC in Mechanical engineering which required plenty of number crunching.

From Bashayer (/5): Naz taught me a Business related subject for few weeks, helping me to do well in my final exams to pass the foundation year by explaining the concepts in depth, giving me examples in the simplest way and advices regarding the subject to improve my knowledge. Besides, she made sure that I fully understood all the lessons through asking me at the end of each session. I absolutely recommend her , she has a great knowledge in business topics.

She said she would email me her free slots after checking her work rota for the next weeks. She came across as confused and not getting to the point. So, I suggested she check everything and email me and we can agree on a day/ time. I heard nothing back from her. Instead saw her as having left a feedback saying I didn't call her, whereas she could have obviously called / texted me or emailed me. My guess is, as she's came across confused and uncertain about everything from the very start, she probably changed her mind about the lessons and thought this was the best way to get her cost back from FT.
It's obviously FT discretion if they want to refund her but this lady has nothing to complain about, except she seems to have had second thoughts and decided to go this way.
She can, even now, agree on a day/time and commence her sessions.

From Gavin (/5): Naz has been brilliant, I've been out of education for 12 years and have started doing a foundation degree and was nervous to say the least. As soon as I spoke to Naz she calmed me down and reassured me. She is very calm and methodical in her approach to teaching and this rubs off on to you. Naz will tell you herself that she will push you but this is only because she wants the best for yourself!! I would recomend Naz to any one who needs help with there course, not only is she knowledgable but she gives you confidence to do it as well, cheers Naz ;)
