Personal Description:
I am an experienced Software Consultant who has worked in the IT field for over 16 years.
I have worked as a web developer, IT Trainer, Scrum Master, IT Account Manager, Software Consultant.
Currently working as a tech lead in fin tech.
I would like to keep on passing the knowledge acquired to younger generations and anyone willing to know more in my areas of expertise. I love raising people interest in IT because it is the best field to work in.
Training Experience:
I have developed this passion of training people in IT and have been training software developers for about 8 years.
I have trained ASP.Net Developers. recent graduate and got them ready for work. I have even tutored students and helped them to understand many of the topics they were struggling with. "IT is for everyone, you just have to believe you can do it".
Training Approach:
My approach to the training is very simple. The first few meetings, I try to understand the trainee as much as I can and see their strength and weaknesses. From there on, I can layout a proper training plan to get the trainee to understand and love the related subject. Many people are scared of IT as they think it is difficult but it is just down to you thinking logically, understanding the problems then using the right solution to solve them.
