Personal Description:

I have worked in IT helpdesk support and IT Training in a professional environment for over 20 years.

I have a passion for learning Microsoft Office and O365 and passing on this knowledge to other people. I can offer training in Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint and Onedrive from basic to advanced level. I can also offer training on formatting documents and creating mail merges.

I am continually updating my skills by completing Linked-in courses in the Office applications. I am also working towards the Microsoft Office specialist exams.

Training Experience:

I have worked in IT for 20+ years in the legal sector both as an IT Manager and IT Trainer.

My role as an IT Trainer involves creating courses and providing training documentation for Office 2016, 365 applications, cybersecurity and legal software such as Mattersphere. The training level is from beginner to advanced specifically in Word, Excel and Powerpoint. I also have in depth knowledge of creating and managing Access databases for Marketing purposes and sending out large mail merges using different data sources.

I organise 1-1 training sessions and group workshops.

Training Approach:

My training style is friendly, clear and patient. I enjoy training and helping people from beginners to advanced users.

My enthusiasm for IT helps me to show people how to get the most out of the Office applications and to provide bespoke training based on individual requirements. My training approach is also based on what the person is trying to achieve when using the applications.
