Training Approach:

My approach to training is by using a case study. We would build a solution from scratch and then we continue to improve on it as the training advances. This would include class exposure to new concepts which would then be implemented on our case study to expose the students to a real life situation. My training approach will also involved take home assignment for the students where they get to thinking about what has been done during the class session. My overall approach is aimed to improve the overall performance of my students and if this means we have to go over a concept many times, I am happy to do so.
