Personal Description::
Hi Everyone,
thanks so much first for even considering me to be your tutor! I have over the years been extremely lucky to meet and teach so many wonderful students. From complete beginners to pro's. I run a fully inclusive dance school where age and ability has no limits.
Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to study dance all around the world, from touring America to performing in London I have performed all my life. I studied dance in a private sector from the age of two and continued my studies in school college and university. I have worked with and performed with hard drive productions where we toured Disney land Florida & parts of Spain. I studied dance performance & teaching at university and performing arts at college.
Dance Instruction/Teaching Experience::
I began volunteering at a local dance school from the age of 16 where I gained an enormous amount of inspiration and experience. From there I started teaching an hour a week at a primary school whilst studying for my A-Levels. After moving onto university I started coaching in primary schools and was often invited back to my old secondary school to lead workshops and help create show pieces.
After qualifying for my teaching degree I went onto to study for my PGCE which gave me experience across the board. I was able to pick up unique and diverse teaching techniques which I still use today! I now teach GCSE dance and lead classes in my own dance school on a weekly basis. If your daughter is studying for their GCSEs and need help with the set phrases or their choreography drop me a message! I also offer Graded exams in ballet, tap & Modern.
I offer lessons in my dance studied, however I can also offer Zoom sessions if that is most suitable but students must have a safe space to move in and must be committed to dance.
Teaching Approach::
I empower my students in everything they do, it is so important to pay attention to detail and really understand learners abilities and needs. When teaching I will often use a lot of repititon recap previous material and reflective practice. So an example would be I make a module booklet for each subject and the student will write in the booklet after every session: what went well , what do they think they need to work on, action development points, and then I would write 2-3 targets to take away. This will help with progression and makes sure I know what we need to come back to so my students are really getting the full benefit of my sessions.

Thank you so much for the feedback!!
Have a lovely wedding. I would love to see pictures or any videos of your special day x
I have started dance classes just for a hobby with my partner with no previous dance experience and Charlotte has been great - she makes it fun and enjoyable and I am looking forward to the rest of the classes we have booked.

I can not wait to see it ❤️Xxxx
Thank you for your feedback however as I said in my messages unfortunately I am fully booked until the end of June. I did however send you all the details to send over a deposit which would confirm your private lessons for June in which you did not reply. So unfortunately I can not take on any student without a deposit.
I wish you all the success in finding a tutor.
Regards,
Miss Charlotte
She took our song choice and choreographed the dance for us before our first lesson. I have no doubt she’s also adapted it to our skill levels. She’s so patient and has made is nice and easy for us to learn and remember.
I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding dance tutor for sure
We would definitely recommend her to anyone.
My daughter has autism and Charlotte is super patient with her. She is a lovely girl and fantastic at what she does.
My daughter absolutely loves her!
100% recommend.
