Personal Description:

I created and facilitate a fantastic, Creative Self Development course that helps people regain their Self Confidence and Self Belief, opening their mind to possibility and their creative imagination, through Creative Art, Thinking and Writing.

The courses and workshops involve mostly recycled creative art which makes a brilliant metaphor. Too many people put themselves down, thinking they are 'rubbish' due to lack of confidence in their own abilities.

While taking everyday household rubbish and transforming it into beautiful creative projects, you are also transforming your self belief and self esteem. 100% of clients reported a huge boost in self confidence and would recommend the course to a friend.

It is a powerful, effective and enjoyable way to learn and develop your self awareness and confidence.

I have mentored people all over the world as a Mentor for another Self Development Course, giving me the experience and knowledge to offer bespoke one to one personal mentoring if desired.

I am a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist. Sometimes people join my creative courses because they lack self confidence and self belief, and during the 7 week course they come to discover their underlaying problems are due to unresolved grief.

Grief is accumulative and unless dealt with appropriately can cause emotional and mental blocks many years later that we are not always aware of. Not everyone who completes my creative course needs help with grief recovery, but for those who do, I am able to offer this hugely valuable programme separately.

Training Specialisms:

My strengths are creativity, craft, music and personal development. I love breaking down complicated subjects into easy to understand, manageable chunks that help others. I have an innate ability to see creative potential in things and people.

I am a qualified woodwind tutor with over 24 years teaching experience, and have worked with children and adults individually and in groups. I have a BA hons in Music and the CT ABRSM (Certificate of Teaching) so you can also find me under the Music Tuition section on this site.

I am a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist for the Grief Recovery Method. This is a powerful programme that enables you to complete on the pain of unresolved grief. It does not mean you will forget the person/people or circumstances that you have experienced, but it does allow you to complete your emotional relationship with pain and move forward in a healthy and positive way.
