Personal Description:

I have worked in the private and public sectors over the last 25 years. Following my degree in Performance Management I worked within the public sector on a range of public funded projects. Following on from this I then started to work for a training company that delivered training to the public sector on a range of topics relating to European funded projects. This led me to move into education and I trained to become a teacher of business studies. Having spent 10 years in the education setting, I then ventured back into the world of tutoring and training. I now tutor both students and adults in a range of subjects and topics.

Training Specialisms:

I have worked with public sector organisations running training courses in: European Funded Projects. Management and Leadership. Through my time as a tutor/trainer I have worked with both students and adults coaching them in various topics of business including:
start up business plans, Customer Service, Marketing Strategies, Change Management, Leadership and Management and Communication.

Training Methods:

I use a range of training methods to help engage and build people's confidence. All my training sessions have a mix of theory and practical elements to ensure delegates leave with the knowledge and understanding needed to apply the theory into their own business environment.
